DRIVER at our Gloucester Depot, Moreton-in-Marsh


THE ROLE

Driver with towing experience to deliver / collect welfare units to / from our customer sites. Ensure on-time, professional service, including full unit handover on delivery and recording any shortages / damages on collection. We are one of the fastest growing, independent, nationwide welfare hire companies. Our stated aim is to be the number one nationwide mobile welfare provider in the country.


OTHER DUTIES

When there is no driving work, you would be expected to help with cleaning and maintenance of welfare units, general tidying up etc.


SKILLS:

  • Ability / experience in towing
  • Excellent communication and timekeeping
  • Willing to be flexible and assist other members of staff
  • A confident team player
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Clean driving license preferred
  • Must have B+E on driving license for towing purposes
  • Driver Tacho card required

Knowledge of the hire industry and mobile welfare unit an advantage but not essential


This is a Full-time, permanent position

HIRE DESK ADMINISTRATOR at our London Depot, Farnborough


THE ROLE

Assisting the Hire desk Manager with the following:

  • Administer centralised hire desk duties for all regional depots.
  • Managing drivers and workshop fitters daily work schedules and working closely with Regional Depot Managers.
  • Company purchasing of consumable and maintenance stock.
  • Organising of welfare unit weekly chemical cleans.
  • General administration duties.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

SKILLS:

  • Experience of working within the same or similar environment
  • Knowledge of Syrinx hire software would be useful
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Willing to be flexible and demonstrating to other staff the importance of the role
  • A confident team player
  • A confident level of IT
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service
