A New Chapter for Welfare in the North East

Welfare 4 Hire marked an exciting milestone at the AER Rents Group’s Newcastle Open Day, hosted at our brand-new depot alongside Chippindale Hire & Sales and Hudson Lifting. The event was a powerful demonstration of what modern, flexible welfare solutions can look like when combined with expert support and regional investment.

Our team was on hand to guide customers through our market-leading fleet of towable welfare units, toilet units and storage solutions - many of which were on show during the day. The upgraded depot replaced our Birtley site and provides significantly more space, faster service capability and a springboard for deeper support into the North East and Scotland.
